Capability evidence beats keyword soup.
Capacity, volume, and timing
Best-fit program scale, available capacity, normal lead times, surge limits, locations, logistics, and working hours.
Quality and traceability
Current certifications where applicable, procedures, calibration, traceability, nonconformance control, and customer-specific systems.
Transparent exceptions
Quote assumptions, tooling and NRE, minimums, material exposure, exclusions, payment terms, and change-control expectations.
Mission-program readiness
Defense opportunities require more than a capability list.
Suppliers considered for mission or defense-adjacent work may need program-specific evidence covering information handling, cybersecurity, export restrictions, traceability, source integrity, quality controls, and contractual flow-downs.
Verified entity and location
Legal identity, facilities, ownership, contacts, and UEI or CAGE only where relevant and verified.
Permitted information handling
FCI, CUI, proprietary, export-controlled, classified, and customer-specific boundaries confirmed before access.
Authorized and traceable sources
Manufacturer channel, country of origin, lot traceability, counterfeit controls, alternates, lifecycle, and evidence.
