Vision 2035 · Engineer and contractor network

Bring your skills. Or bring the project idea.

WireHarness.ai is being designed as more than a candidate list. Engineers, designers, technical specialists, and independent contractors can express interest in future contract work—or propose a practical project they would like to help shape and deliver.

Two ways to begin

Join a future team—or help define the work.

Start with nonconfidential information only. Both paths create an email draft in your own mail application so you can review it before sending.

Path 01 · Candidate interest

Be considered for future contract work.

Describe the engineering or technical work you can responsibly own, the evidence available for private review, your preferred engagement, and your general availability.

  • Wire-harness requirements and architecture
  • CAD-tool-agnostic digital design, connectivity, drawings, BOMs, and release data
  • 3D routing, packaging, components, verification, prototypes, and transfer
  • Technical writing, training, data migration, sourcing, and specialist review

Path 02 · Project proposal

Suggest a project you want to help advance.

Propose a nonconfidential research, education, engineering-process, data, prototype, or supply-chain project—and explain the role you would like to play.

  • The recurring problem and who experiences it
  • The useful outcome or evidence the project should create
  • A small first experiment or milestone
  • Your proposed contribution and the capabilities still needed
Draft project-proposal email

Keep the first message nonconfidential. Do not send customer names, drawings, source code, credentials, controlled technical data, export-restricted information, pricing, or proprietary files. A proposal does not transfer intellectual property or authorize work.

Other ways to participate

Learn and contribute before joining a project.

Learn

Build practical capability

Explore requirements, architecture, electrical CAD, 3D routing, drawings, BOMs, data models, sourcing, verification, prototypes, and manufacturing transfer.

Share reviewed knowledge

Propose a checklist, reference, conceptual example, or anonymized lesson. BWS reviews source quality, confidentiality, claims, attribution, and usefulness.

Governed next steps

A clear path from interest to authorized work.

The steps protect the contributor, the customer, BWS, and the integrity of the project.

  1. 01Nonconfidential introductionShare skills or the project idea without customer-controlled or proprietary material.
  2. 02Initial reviewBWS checks strategic fit, usefulness, conflicts, restrictions, and whether a conversation makes sense.
  3. 03Private discoveryConfirm identity, experience, availability, stakeholders, problem boundaries, and the desired outcome.
  4. 04GovernanceSet confidentiality, data access, intellectual-property, attribution, compliance, and decision authority before details are exchanged.
  5. 05Written project definitionAgree on objectives, roles, milestones, deliverables, acceptance evidence, schedule, and commercial terms.
  6. 06Authorized startWork begins only after the appropriate written agreement and responsible approvals are in place.

How ideas are evaluated

Useful, achievable, and responsibly governed.

Value

Does it solve a repeated industry problem?

The proposal should make engineering, learning, sourcing, prototyping, verification, or production handoff meaningfully better.

Evidence

Can a small first step prove something?

Strong ideas identify an initial experiment, decision, artifact, or measurable result rather than promising a finished platform immediately.

Governance

Can it be pursued without hidden risk?

Customer authority, confidentiality, ownership, safety, compliance, funding, access, and release decisions must have responsible human owners.

Start with the right door

Skills to offer—or an idea to build?

Choose one path now. If both apply, send separate messages so each can be reviewed cleanly.
